Job Description – Laborer (Miami County)
Western Ohio Cut Stone is a stone manufacturer and retail seller of natural stone products operating in several quarries in the state of Ohio. Positions available at 3244 Davis Road, Ludlow Falls OH
You will be off bearing stone from conveyor and packaging stone. You will also be making baskets for the stone and you will also be operating mobile equipment including wheel loaders and fork lifts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operation of wheel loader, forklift and other equipment in adherence with training procedures and company policies
- Have ability to work alone and stay motivated to complete task at hand
- Work in a team environment
- Inspect equipment and perform basic service
- Maintain your work area
Qualifications:
- Abide by all MSHA rules and regulations
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to work some Saturdays if needed
- Must be able to operate machinery
- Must pass drug screen
- Must be physically fit, can climb ladders and lift 65 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills
- Have reliable transportation
